IK Stay @Home Initiative

In 2020, Malaysia and the world became the target of a new once-in-a-century pandemic known as Covid-19. This disease rocked the globe and put the health and emergency services of every nation to the brink of collapse.

IK Academy has always been an advocate to make the world a better, and more positive place. Therefore, we decided that we had to take action in order to safeguard the lives of some of the bravest people in Malaysia - the health professionals, or "Frontliners". Our courageous doctors and nurses braved and risked infection themselves in order to help the sick, and played a large role in saving thousands of lives.

Still, the speed and ferocity of the disease hit many of our health professionals hard - with many of them pushed to the point of sheer exhaustion. The best thing we could do to help them was not to be infected ourselves. Thus, we began our IK Stay@Home (Work From Home) initiative - something that we launched early into the pandemic.

To commemorate our commitment to staying at home, we made a special video as well.
