-
Today, buildings consume up to 40% of the total global energy.
-
By the year 2030, 50% of the world’s total energy will be used by buildings.
-
In major urban centers, buildings contribute more than 60% of emissions.
-
Mismanaged indoor air can be up to 7 times more polluted than outdoor air.
-
Buildings cost USD$30,000 per year to operate, just on energy costs alone.
-
Indoor Cooling accounts for up to 40% of utility costs in a building.
-
In the past year, buildings introduced over 9.95Gt of CO2 into the environment.
-
Smart Buildings sector will account for over USD$120 Billion by the year 2026 with an annual growth rate of 11% Are you a part of this growing industry?
The modern city will be populated with smart buildings, designed with green initiatives in mind, utilizing cutting-edge cooling sensors to reduce overheads and energy consumption. These new generation of buildings are powered by IoT smart monitoring systems, including cloud monitoring and data analysis for energy usage trends. 5G is a fast-growing sector that is seeing adoption in fields such as machine learning, smart devices, construction drones, and architectural prototyping and design.
Green and smart buildings will shape the future, not just out of efficiency, but also for the necessary preservation of the environment. This conference will help you discover new tools and innovations that are profitable and green-friendly. From decarbonization, emission benchmarks, energy saving, and the use of big data to engineer sustainable cooling systems, this is a journey you won’t want to miss.
Don’t get left behind with yesterday’s standards, embrace a greener and smarter tomorrow.

NET ZERO BY 2050
In the year 2015, the United Nations began the “Net Zero” initiative. This was started in response to an alarming rise in global temperatures. To be precise, the world is already 1.1 degrees Celsius warmer than it was in the 1800s. In order to stop this from becoming 1.5 degrees Celsius, the UN called on nations to cut emissions by 45% in 2030 and reach net zero emissions by 2050.
What does this have to do with you? Well buildings are responsible for about 60% of those emissions in urban areas. If we’re going to want to preserve the environment and the climate for future generations, the change has to start with us. We should transform the way we design, build, and operate buildings, making them SMART.
Are your Buildings SMART enough to be SUSTAINABLE?
The number of smart buildings worldwide is projected to climb from 45 million this year to 115 million in 2026, an increase of more than 150%, as demand grows for secure, energy-efficient developments.
