COURSE INTRODUCTION
Lean maintenance combines disciplined planning and scheduling with TPM, reliability-centred thinking and continuous improvement. This practical programme helps maintenance teams identify waste in work processes, improve equipment effectiveness, prioritise failure risks and organise preventive work using reliable asset data. Participants apply tools including 5S, OEE, machinery FMEA, root-cause analysis and visual reporting to build a more proactive and measurable maintenance operation.
