ALLEN BRADLEY - CONTROL LOGIX SYSTEM FUNDAMENTALS WITH TROUBLESHOOTING

COURSE INTRODUCTION
This hands-on programme develops the practical skills needed to configure, program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley ControlLogix systems. Participants work with the ControlLogix platform, controllers, I/O and communication modules, then use RSLogix 5000 to create, transfer, monitor and diagnose PLC applications. The programme is designed to help maintenance and automation personnel respond to faults more systematically and support reliable plant operation.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of this programme, participants should be able to:
- Identify the principal components and architecture of a ControlLogix system.
- Explain the functions of the chassis, backplane, controller, I/O and communication modules.
- Navigate the principal programming and diagnostic tools in RSLogix 5000.
- Develop, transfer, monitor and verify a ControlLogix PLC programme.
- Interpret controller, I/O and communication status information during troubleshooting.
- Apply a systematic approach to diagnosing common ControlLogix hardware and programme faults.
