Course Introduction : 

A failure is resolved immediately after a replacement is fixed. All the inconvenience and difficulties are forgotten the moment the equipment starts to operate. The raw data "the defective part" has no significance and may land-up in the rubbish bin. This goes on well until the same failure returns or a related failure appears, and the cycle continues.
 

This is a waste of time and effort and pose a big question ie, "is our maintenance still reactive", what can we learn from the failures and how to proactively eliminate them?
 

This program answers that question and as well gives the inside on failure causes and how to overcome them.
 

Participant will appreciate the power of data, "Root Cause Failure Analysis' to overcome future failures.

When a machine breaks down, fix it. The “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” method of maintaining plant machinery has been a major part of plant maintenance operations.
