COURSE INTRODUCTION
Effective maintenance moves beyond reacting to breakdowns by matching the right preventive and predictive tasks to equipment risk and condition. This programme explains how planned maintenance, autonomous maintenance, reliability-centred maintenance and condition-monitoring techniques work together. Participants learn to analyse equipment history, establish basic conditions, build practical maintenance schedules and use vibration and lubricant information to detect developing failures earlier.
