- Lesson 1: Course Overview and PMP 2026 Exam Strategy. Review the PMP ECO structure, exam domains, question types, eligibility reminders, and predictive/adaptive/hybrid mix
- Lesson 2: People Domain - Vision, Leadership and Conflict. Develop a common vision, lead the project team, establish roles, empower team members, and manage conflicts
- Lesson 2 continued. Apply leadership style selection, team expectations, problem solving, ground rules and conflict-resolution principles to PMP-style scenarios
- Lesson 3: Stakeholder Engagement, Expectations and Communication. Identify stakeholders, analyze needs, align expectations, plan communications and build trust
- Lesson 3 continued. Manage stakeholder expectations, monitor satisfaction, establish feedback loops, support governance reporting and ensure knowledge transfer
- Lesson 5 continued. Examine incremental delivery options, validate business value throughout the project and connect scope/value decisions to exam scenarios
- Lesson 9 continued. Apply continuous improvement, update OPAs, support organizational change and evaluate external regulatory, technology, geopolitical and market changes
- Lessons 1-9 integration review. Connect People, Process and Business Environment tasks to case/scenario, graphic-based, matching, point-and-click, pull-down and multiple-response questions
