COURSE INTRODUCTION
This programme provides structured preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP�) examination while strengthening the judgement required to lead real projects. Participants review predictive, agile and hybrid delivery across the People, Process and Business Environment domains, practise scenario-based decision making and build a focused examination strategy. The emphasis is on understanding how PMI principles translate into effective project leadership, not memorising isolated terms.
