COURSE INTRODUCTION

Thermal systems often represent a major share of a manufacturing site's energy use and operating cost. This programme equips technical teams to identify losses, evaluate optimisation opportunities and improve the performance of boilers, steam systems, heat exchangers and related thermal equipment while supporting energy and carbon-reduction goals.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of this programme, participants should be able to:
- Explain the core concepts, terminology and working principles related to Optimizing Industrial Thermal Systems for Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction.
- Apply structured methods and industry good practices for Heat Transfer Basics, Thermal Generation Systems, and Thermal Distribution and Recovery.
- Evaluate relevant energy & sustainability situations and identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate the learning into practical workplace actions and sound technical decisions.

COURSE OUTCOME

Upon completion, participants will be better prepared to:
- Assess relevant workplace situations using the concepts and methods covered in Optimizing Industrial Thermal Systems for Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction.
- Select and apply appropriate tools, checks or controls for Heat Transfer Basics, Thermal Generation Systems, and Thermal Distribution and Recovery.
- Recommend actions that support energy performance, regulatory readiness and practical sustainability action.
- Communicate findings, improvement opportunities and next steps clearly to relevant stakeholders.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Senior Technical management, Facility Engineers, Site maintenance personnel
