COURSE INTRODUCTION
This programme provides a practical foundation in managing projects from initiation through planning, execution, control and close-out. Participants learn how to define scope, organise work, manage time, cost, risk and stakeholders, monitor performance and close projects in a structured way that supports stronger delivery decisions.
