- Gain practical working knowledge of Microsoft Project 2019 from basic to intermediate level.
- Set up a new project using proper calendars, project information, and scheduling parameters.
- Develop a structured WBS and convert project scope into scheduled activities.
- Apply task relationships, dependencies, constraints, lead, and lag correctly.
- Manage project resources, workloads, allocation issues, and cost information.
- Create and maintain baseline data for monitoring and control.
- Update project progress using planned versus actual reporting practices.
- Analyse schedule performance, delay, late tasks, slippage, and critical path risk.
- Produce professional reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules for management use.
